Every day with Willa we traveled to a new place. From thinking she would be a typical child, to learning she was not, to discovering, now that she is gone, who in fact she continues to be. We live in Invisible Cities, each one more strange and beautiful than the last.

Too cute! I love the paint job.
oooh wow beautiful cast and so great to see willa .
the butterfly reminds me of the first cloth diaper i bought when ulysses was a baby.so funny to see him with a huge butterfly on his bottom.well after this first one i got obsessed with cloth diapers and bought so many with crazy designs ... polka dots, sushis, with chilis, dinosaures.i used to dream of diapers.I still have them,i love them.
That would explain why her fingers are so tasty :-) Those are some pretty fancy leggings she's sporting.
The cast is intense right? My husband made stickers for her by hand painting rice paper, backing it with an adhesive and then carefully replicating the biologically appropriate caterpillar and cocoon that would transform into the monarch butterfly. It's a whole metamorphosis theme! We're sick.
Color me impressed!
WHOA. He MADE those pictures? Those are Gorgeous. I was smiling at them thinking that for once there was something medical that didn't make me flinch with sympathy.
They definitely suit Willa. Serene and beautiful. (Well, at least in the photo she's serene.)
wow papa is an artist.lucky willa.
waiting for you to update your blog.Hope willa and you are ok.
